RETURN POLICY

 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to our orders being handmade, no returns, or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@soleilessentials.com.  Include a photo of the wrong item and the correct item will be sent within 3-7 business days.   IF TWO SEPARATE ORDERS ARE PLACED, THEY WILL BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY. NO ORDERS WILL BE COMBINED.

Items were purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at their store, it must be returned to the location were your purchased was made.  Please locate their return policies on their website.

 

Order Processing:

Orders are usually processed within 3-7 business days from the time the order is placed.

Damaged Products:
Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to info@soleilessentials.com.  Please include your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacement are sent out immediately

Lost/Stolen Package:

Soleil Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS AND THEY  WILL REIMBURSE FOR LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.  IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS WITH THE PROCESS PLEASE EMAIL US.

Soleil Essentials is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.  Pleas make sure the addressed used is correct and complete be for placing your order.  If you place an order with an incomplete or wrong address please send use an email immediately  to have the address changed.  If your order is shipped,  you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.     

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO YOUR LOCAL USPS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.

Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Our current shipping and processing time is 3-7 business days. 
Your tracking confirmation will be provided when your order has shipped.
