Due to our orders being handmade, no returns, or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com. Include a photo of the wrong item and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days.
Items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at a store, must be returned, please find their return policies on their websites.
Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacement are sent out immediately.
Soleil Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
