Include a photo of the wrong item and the correct item will be sent within 3-7 business days. IF TWO SEPARATE ORDERS ARE PLACED, THEY WILL BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY. NO ORDERS WILL BE COMBINED.
Items purchased at one of our retail partners, either online or at a store, must be returned, please find their return policies on their websites.
Due to the high volume of orders, you may experience extended processing times up to 3-4 weeks for processing and shipping. Due to COVID-19, this is the expect time for processing and shipping. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed.
Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacement are sent out immediately.
Soleil Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. Soleil Essentials is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Pleas make sure the addressed used is correct and complete be for placing your order. If you place an order with an incomplete or wrong address please send use an email immediately to have the address changed. If your order is shipped, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
